These terms apply when you buy from SpinScrub. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.

Placing an order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. The sale is only final once we have taken payment and emailed you an order confirmation.

We may cancel an order and refund you in full if the item is no longer available, if the price shown was wrong, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If that happens we will tell you why.

Prices and payment

All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where it applies.

We take payment at checkout through our payment provider. Your card details go to the payment provider directly. We never see them and we do not store them.

We do our best to keep prices and product details accurate. If we find an obvious error in a price after you have ordered, we will contact you before we ship, and you can either pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

Cancelling and returning

Your right to cancel and return is set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

Using the product safely

SpinScrub is a cordless electric cleaning brush for cleaning around the home. It is not a toy, and it is not for use on skin, on people or on animals.

Read the guide in the box before you use it.

The handle and the brush heads are splash and wash resistant, not waterproof. Rinse the head after use and let it air dry. Do not hold the brush under a running tap and do not put it in water.

Charge it with the cable supplied, through the port in the tail of the handle. Make sure it is dry before you charge it, and do not charge it near water.

Test a new brush head on a small hidden area first. The wire scrubber is meant for cast iron and grills, and it will scratch glass, enamel, non stick coatings and polished surfaces.

Keep it out of reach of children. Stop using it if the handle, the cable or a brush head is damaged.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and that are of good quality, as required by the Consumer Protection Act.

We are not responsible for loss you could not reasonably have expected, or for loss caused by using the product against the instructions or the safety guidance above.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that South African law does not allow us to limit.

Our content

The text, photographs and video on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them or use them for your own selling without our written permission.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email support@spinscrub.co.za with your order number and we will work with you to sort it out. We reply within one business day.

If we cannot resolve it, you may refer the matter to the National Consumer Commission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by South African law, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
