Shipping Policy

The short version. Delivery anywhere in South Africa is free and takes 2 to 4 business days. We dispatch within 24 hours and email you tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

What delivery costs

Fast track speeds up how quickly we get your parcel to the courier. It does not change how long the courier itself takes, so please do not buy it expecting next day delivery.

When your order leaves us

We dispatch within 24 hours of your order being placed. Orders placed on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday go out on the next business day.

How long it takes

2 to 4 business days anywhere in South Africa, counted from the day we dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. We email your tracking details the moment the parcel leaves us. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will resend it.

Getting your address right

Please check your delivery address at checkout before you pay. Most late deliveries we see are caused by a missing unit number or a wrong postal code.

If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately. If your parcel has not been dispatched yet we can fix the address at no cost. If it has already gone, we have to wait for it to come back to us.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, or because nobody was there to accept it, we will send it out again once you have covered that second delivery.

If your parcel is late or does not arrive

If your tracking has not moved for 3 business days, contact us and we will chase the courier for you.

If a parcel is confirmed lost, we send you a replacement or refund you in full. You never pay twice for the same order.
